I request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. There will be a 30% fee of the scheduled service for any no-shows or appointments cancelled/reschedule with less than 24 hour notice. If you are running late please notify me. There’s a 15 minute grace period before your appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled and your appointment is considered a no-show and will be charged 30% fee of the scheduled services. Clients who failed to pay for the cancellation or no-show fee will be permanently blocked from rebooking. Thank you for understanding!
